Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in office or customer service setting

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • High attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Validate and record inbound and outbound data

  • Maintain records of all outgoing and incoming shipments

  • Verify and receive product into inventory

  • Effectively communicate with carriers, customer, operations, and management

  • Performs clerical duties such as filing, inbound/outbound phone calls, data entry, etc.
