Seeking a Program Director of our Behavioral Health Access Line!
We have an exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as the Program Director of our Behavioral Health Access Line!
The Behavioral Health Access Line is a unique collaboration between Riverside Community Care and Massachusetts state entities (EOHHS and DMH) to make access to behavioral health services easy to all Massachusetts residents who seek such services in the state.
The Program Director will assume primary responsibility for implementing the state funded behavioral health access line, ensuring compliance with state requirements, providing both administrative and clinical services, providing direct outreach, and supervising a team of Access Line counselors and clinicians to meet the goals of the program.
The Program Director will work half time providing direct access line services to callers.
The Program Director also:
develops plans and specific programs for delivering access support education and counseling services to all Massachusetts residents seeking behavioral health services
generates a list of resources in the community for access to behavioral health services,
develops strategies for outreach and intervention, and communicates plans to access specialists
works collaboratively with Federal, State, and local agencies to develop, implement, collect data for the behavioral health access program as needed

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required
Intermediate to advanced computer fluency, including Microsoft Office required
Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required
Master's Degree in Human Services or related field
Independent Clinical Licensure - LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT - highly preferred
Two years of human services, education, or related experience. Crisis Counseling experience preferred. Previous supervisory experience preferred
