Receptionist for Norwood Healthcare

Part Time Position, Friday 3pm-8pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am-6pm

The receptionist will be responsible for the complete screening forms to all employees/essential visitors and recording temperatures upon entering the facility. POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, multi-tasking individual to join us as a Part-time Receptionist. The Receptionist is responsible for providing reception and administrative services for the Skilled Nursing center. This position reports to the Business Office Manager and operates within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

  • One year of customer service experience is preferred.

  • Basic computer skills required.

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft office 365 and other software programs.

  • Must be able to create spread sheets and graphs.

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

  • Must pass CORI background check.

  • High school Diploma or GED required.
