Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Norwood, Massachusetts. This role falls within the industry of customer service and involves being the first point of contact for our clients and customers. In this role, you will be stationed at our office and will play a critical role in maintaining a professional and efficient environment.

Responsibilities:

• Establish a welcoming environment as the first point of contact for clients and customers

• Efficiently handle and direct incoming calls as required

• Manage email correspondence promptly and professionally

• Ensure the proper organization of office files and records

• Take charge of the ordering process for office supplies

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars as required

• Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word for various tasks

• Ensure the smooth running of the reception area and perform other administrative tasks as needed

• Implement your interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service

• Carry out data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Requirements • Proficient in answering multi-line phone systems.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.

• Proficient in data entry tasks.

• Experience in handling email correspondence.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Word.
