Pathfinder Regional High School Grounds Keeping Instructor in Palmer, Massachusetts
Grounds-Keeping, Instructor Qualifications: Industry-specific experience; teaching proficiency; ability to teach adult learners; willingness to have fun; and understanding the local workforce\'s needs. Performance Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Night School Director to create a course schedule/calendar. Teach, demonstrate, and mentor adult continuing education students within industry-specific training. Create a model workplace environment. Assist with student employment employment-seeking efforts. Participate in end-of-cohort review. Compensation: \$60 Hr./ Up to 220 Hrs. Funding: CommCorp., CTI Round 9 Position Type: Hourly Benefits: N/A Effective Date of Position: Spring 2025 (Schedule TBD)
