Industrial Maintenance & Wastewater System Operator Western Mass Manufacturer of metal shapes is looking for an ideal candidate that has industrial maintenance & wastewater experience. Job Requirements - Candidates should demonstrate good work ethic, be dependable, have good judgement, and be a team player. - Requires mechanical ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and remedy machine/equipment failure. - Hands-on repair as required, perform preventative maintenance on machine/equipment. - Duties also include facility & grounds maintenance (i.e. building and roof repair, painting, snow removal). - Minor plumbing, wiring, and welding work may be required (Industrial License/Certification preferred). - A Grade 2 or 3 Industrial Wastewater certification preferred, as defined by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Candidates without a certificate are required to complete the training program within the first year of employment. - Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive movement and lift 5065 lbs. are required for most roles. - Must follow instructions from supervisor and adhere to all department procedures and Company policies. - Valid Driver\'s License is required - Pre-employment Physical, Drug & Alcohol, and Background Screening required. - This role is expected to work overtime (40 plus hours per week), some weekends, and on-call as needed.
