Job Requirements: - Candidates should demonstrate good work ethic, be dependable, have good judgement, and be a team player. - Candidates must have basic reading, writing and math skills, excellent communication skills and be able to pay close attention to detail. - Must follow instructions from supervisor and adhere to all department procedures and Company policies. - Physical stamina, the ability to perform repetitive movement, and lift 5065 lbs. are required for most roles. - Must be able to maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment. - Must have reliable transportation. - Mechanical ability, prior manufacturing and forklift experience are a plus. - Pre-employment Physical, Drug & Alcohol, and Background Screening required.
