We provide in-house training, including First Aid & CPR, and will provide you with the skills to make a difference in people's lives!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide side by side interventions to Persons that focus on problem solving, skills training, modeling behavior, optimism and encouragement.

  • Assist the team and Persons in providing on-going assessment of symptoms and responses to staff interventions.

  • Participate in the development of treatment plans

  • Support Persons in their desire for recovery and rehabilitation in the development of their goals.

  • Support the pursuit of services that are culturally competent, strengths based, recovery based, focused on rehabilitation and are inclusive of Person preferences. accessing community resources that supports these healthy areas.

  • Provide assistance to Persons related to transportation to work sites, daily activities, appointments.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license

  • Reliable vehicle

  • Ideally prior experience working with adults having severe and persistent mental illness

SCHEDULES:

Friday 2pm-10pm; Saturday and Sunday 11am-7pm, Monday 2-10pm (32 hours)

Sunday-Thursday 3-11pm (40 hours)

PAY: $20 p/hour

OT over 40 hours: $30 p/hour

Skills

Preferred

  • Bilingual: Advanced

  • Experience with population: Intermediate

  • Computer Software Skills: Intermediate

  • Communication Skills: Intermediate

  • Administrative Tasks: Intermediate

Education

Required

  • High School or better

Licenses & Certifications

  • MA Driver's License
