Job Title: Cable Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cable Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing cable cutting, working alongside the assembly and stock room team to pull materials, and cutting cables to required lengths for various projects. Additionally, the candidate will note material transactions within the ERP system to track work progress and material needs. Comfort with using a table saw and performing cycle counts on materials is essential.
Responsibilities
Perform cable cutting to specified lengths for different projects
Collaborate with assembly and stock room teams to pull necessary materials
Track material transactions within the ERP system
Utilize a table saw for cutting cables
Conduct cycle counts on materials
Essential Skills
Experience with cable assembly
Ability to handle material-handling equipment
Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
Proficiency in using a table saw
Basic computer knowledge
Experience in production environments
Forklift operation skills
Proficiency with hand tools
Saw operation experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Cycle count and inventory experience

Work Environment
The work schedule is from 7 am to 3:30 pm. Candidates will work in a small team of 3-4 people.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Peabody, Massachusetts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50
