Job Title: Carpenter/Framer Construction Worker

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Laborers to join our team, working on large scale commercial projects. Responsibilities include wood framing, trimming, cutting, and nailing. Opportunities are available for 2 carpenters' helpers and 2 experienced candidates in wood framing. Your role will be pivotal in constructing stair and rafter cuts, pre-fab wall panels/trusses, and multi-family and commercial wood framing projects.

Hard Skills

• Wood framing

• Commercial construction experience

• General construction knowledge

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 1040 Hour(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Plainville, Massachusetts.

Work Environment

Work sites are located throughout the New England area. Contractors are expected to drive up to 60 miles to various sites, with consideration given to proximity to their home address. New contractors will be integrated into crews of 3-5 individuals, reporting to a foreman for daily tasks on site. The environment is team-oriented and requires a resilient approach when interacting with other trades on site.
