North Shore Bank Commercial Real Estate Lender in Peabody, Massachusetts
Provide commercial real estate lending products and services to existing and new customers to North Shore Bank. Service an established commercial real estate loan portfolio and expand North Shore Bank’s commercial customer base. Cross-sell deposit and cash management products, and generate referrals for retail products. Call on existing customers, prospects, and referral sources to achieve loan and deposit production goals and to meet individual calling plan. Ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures, and manage a commercial loan portfolio according to established standards. Actively participate in community organizations as a Bank representative.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field
A minimum of five years’ experience in commercial real estate lending with a minimum of two years in a lending position
Must have a well-established accounting, credit analysis and strong customer relations knowledge
Requires a full understanding of commercial real estate, knowledge in various real estate asset classes and market conditions
Must have an established network of customers and referral sources, and previous supervised credit training
