Brooksby Village is a beautiful 90-acre continuing care retirement community located just 20 minutes from Boston in Peabody, Massachusetts. We are hiring licensed Emergency Medical Technicians for flex/ per diem positions as Security and Emergency Services Officers.
The SES Officer II serves many key functions within our community which include, but is not limited to; providing emergency medical response, ensuring the overall security of the interior & exterior of the property, carrying out public safety programs, and providing outstanding customer service to residents, staff, and guests.
Our primary need for coverage is 7:00pm - 7:00am
Valid driver's license and EMT certification are required
Compensation: $24 /hour

What You’ll Do:
Maintain a safe, secure environment for residents, staff, and guests
Implement security and safety programs/procedures, including regular patrols of the property on foot & vehicle, gatehouse screenings, emergency response, preparedness, and prevention
Respond quickly to calls and provide basic emergency medical interventions (SES EMT/EMR Officer)
Answer non-emergency calls and support SES team with emergency efforts (SES Utility Officer)
Build positive relationships with residents and guests
What You’ll Need to Qualify :
Age 18+ High school diploma or GED
Current CPR and EMR/ EMT certification
Safety and security experience preferred, but we will train
Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Valid driver’s license
