Ownership of all day-to-day bid and quoting related functions, accounting related functions, as well as being a leader with our day operations team.

Major Duties and Responsibilities – As contained in the air and ocean export Operational Process Standards Manual:

·         Oversee quote reply time on all quotes/bids (air and ocean)

·         Review quotes strategically with management to ensure our win ratio improves

·         RFQ Log – Distribute and delegated daily (air and ocean)

·         Quote Log – Maintained Daily – Distribute twice weekly (air and ocean)

·         APD – Collaborate with Air and Ocean Export Leads

·         AR Meetings – Collaborate with Air and Ocean Export Leads

·         Reserve oversight

·         Billing Audits – Audit five shipments a day

·         AIRRTS – Audit and update five customers a week and share feedback on all findings. Update ad hoc requests throughout the day.

·         Complete CECS, Billing, LatAm, Temp Control, DG and any other required certifications

·         Support customer service with creation of GCIs ad hoc as requested

·         Manage Cancel Rebill Log – weekly recap to be provided

·         Mentor up and comers as assigned

·         Assist with Air Lateral, Gateway Lateral, all GBO initiatives, lead solutions – own day in and day out

·         EDE report – oversee timely responses, timely EDAs, and implement proactive solutions for those EDEs

·         Oversee management reports and ensure they are sent timely and actioned by the team, with clean results

·         Expo Booking Requests – oversee set up and template set up, hold training sessions on WebEx

·         Ad hoc projects requested by management

·         Anything else requested by management

Qualifications

·         High School diploma or equivalent

·         Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·         Strong organizational skills

·         Strong communication skills

·         Desire for a career in supply chain or logistics

·         Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods (50% of the time)

·         Confident using office machinery (printers, fax machines, photocopiers, etc.)

·         High School diploma or equivalent
