Job Description: Berkshire Community College is searching for an instructor for the Introduction to Physical Therapy Course and lab for the Physical Therapist Assistant Program. Requirements: - Required Minimal Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree or higher - MA licensed physical therapist/physical therapist assistant - Minimum of 3-year experience in a clinical setting - Advanced communication (verbal, written and interpersonal) and organizational skills - Sensitivity to respond appropriately to the needs of a diverse population - Willingness to work as a team Preferred Qualifications: - Didactic or clinical teaching experience - Strong experiential background in foundational acute care, including bed mobility, transfers, vital signs, wheelchair mobility Additional Information: Area of Assignment: Nursing, Health and Wellness Pay: \$1,291/credit - \$1,561/credit, based on DCE step, per the DCE Contract, (non benefited) Area of Assignment: Academic Affairs - Nursing, Health, and Wellness Union: MCCC DCE Anticipated Start Date: Fall 2024
