SoCal Shred LLC Admin/Personal Assistant in Pittsfield, Massachusetts

Looking for energetic and enthusiastic person to pick up and expand upon the responsibilities of my last admin assistant, helping to life more organized. Administrative responsibilities include opening mail, paying bills, recording expenses, filing, organizing/cleaning office, composing emails, limited payroll involvement, etc. Personal responsibilities will frequently involve working out of my home and helping out where necessary, for example to include picking children up from school and driving them to activities, occasional meal planning/prep, ordering things online, returning things to UPS/etc. The most important aspect is an attitude and willingness to help out wherever necessary.
