Berkshire County Arc Brain Injury Supervisor in Pittsfield, Massachusetts
\$1,000 Sign On - To directly supervise Site Managers - To participate in hiring and other personnel actions affecting house staff - Perform required assessments and provide input toward annual objectives. Participate in all Team meetings toward the development and evaluation of a Residential Service Plan/Individual Service Plan for each person in the residence. - Ensure that all programming will conform to the goals and objectives outlined in the Residential Service Plans/Individual Service Plans. - Bachelor\'s Degree preferred with three years\' related experience. At least two years of supervisory experience is preferred or five years of supervisory experience in a residential setting maybe applied in lieu of educational requirements. - Valid driver\'s license and insured vehicle.
