Guidewire, Inc. Day Services Program Manager in Pittsfield, Massachusetts
Guidewire, Inc is currently accepting applications for a Day Services Program Manager. The Day Services Manager is responsible for the overall management, coordination, implementation and quality assurance of care and support of the daily operations of Guidewires’ Solutions Community Connections Day Services Program. This includes the supervision of staff and the management of resources. The Manager will work collaboratively with the Director to develop and facilitate pathways to employment, community-based recreational and volunteer opportunities, and educational independent growth programs that are tailored to meet the needs, interests and self-advocacy of the individual. The manager works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team using a problem-solving approach to meet the needs of the attending individuals. This is a full time, Monday-Friday, exempt management position located in Pittsfield MA. The ideal candidate will have management experience, strong leadership and supervisory skills, excellent time management and organizational skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Required Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must possess and maintain valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
Must pass a CORI and Fingerprint Background Check.
Ability to work as a team member.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Management experience in human services or a related field preferred.
