Servicenet Facilities Maintenance in Pittsfield, Massachusetts
POSITION SUMMARY: ServiceNet a large non-profit, human services agency is seeking entry level maintenance staff to experienced licensed contractors to join our Facilities Department. These positions will include a broad range of tasks based on skills and experience to help maintain/renovate an impressive list of residential homes and commercial properties. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: - Varied construction and repair work at residential and commercial office properties including carpentry, minor plumbing, painting and electrical. - Property maintenance and snow removal as needed. - Emergency on-call nights and weekends on rotating schedule. - Any other job-related task assigned by the Facilities Supervisor. - *Hours may vary due to projects. QUALIFICATIONS: - High School Diploma / GED required. - Certifications and/or experience preferred. - Valid driver\'s license and acceptable motor vehicle record. - Must be able to lift 50-100 pounds.
