Berkshire Eye Center is looking for an entry level team member who will complete clerical duties in our optical store. This position will require flexibility due to the tasks required daily. An appropriate candidate will exude excellent customer service, attention to detail and willingness to learn. This position requires excellent phone etiquette to engage not only with patient calls but with eyeglass vendors. This position orders eyeglasses and contact lenses, and files patient medical records. Ability to follow HIPAA guidelines is a must. Due to filing patient charts will require bending and stretching.
