Viability Inc. Program Supervisor in Pittsfield, Massachusetts
We are seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor with extensive knowledge and experience with mental health issues. Responsibilities include oversight of a DMH funded residential setting for 6 Dually Diagnosed adults. This is a position where you can work for a great agency and make your own mark on a program that is client-centered, supportive, and trauma informed! Supervise daily operations, a team of staff, provide the clinical lead for client treatment teams, run recovery-oriented groups, attend funder meetings, and assist the Program Director in hiring. Knowledge of community dual diagnosis treatment resources is a plus. This position is multi-faceted with both strong clinical and administrative skills required, as well as excellent organizational skills. Generally, a daytime weekday schedule with on call responsibilities.
