Aston Carter Customer Service Representative in Plainville, Massachusetts

Attention! Now Hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Norfolk County!


· Take inbound calls to service customers (business to business and customer to business)

· CSRs will utilize company systems to accurately take orders and update order statuses.

· Answer customer questions regarding Hilco Vision products in a friendly and professional manner.

· Maintain accurate product knowledge to best service inbound customer calls.

· Field and address upwards of 50 calls per day.


· High School diploma and 1-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role

· Passionate about providing the highest level of customer service to stakeholders

· Must have a customer-centric mindset.

· Communicate effectively and courteously (and calmly) – after all, you will be working with many customers with varying and competing needs/circumstances.

· Attention to detail

· Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

· Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software preferred
