Your Role at a Glance

In this highly visible role, you will:

• Oversee Department Operations : Plan, organize, and direct all activities within the Radiology and CT departments while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accrediting organizations.

• Supervise and Train : Provide technical supervision, develop staffing schedules, and lead training for radiologists, technologists, physicians, and other team members.

• Policy Development : Collaborate with administration and supervising physicians to establish and maintain operating policies and procedures.

• Budget Management : Develop and justify the annual budget, oversee purchasing activities, and ensure financial accountability.

• Data Reporting : Prepare reports, monitor service volume trends, and provide statistical data to senior leadership.

• Foster Teamwork : Build a culture of professionalism and collaboration through leadership by example.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree

• Current Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License

• Current ARRT Registered in both CT and X-Ray

• A minimum of five years of progressive management experience in the field of Radiology.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate efficient and courteous communications with patients, physicians, management, employees and vendors.

• Excellent problem-resolution skills are essential.

• Work Schedule is 40 hours per week
