Your Role at a Glance
In this highly visible role, you will:
Oversee Department Operations : Plan, organize, and direct all activities within the Radiology and CT departments while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accrediting organizations.
Supervise and Train : Provide technical supervision, develop staffing schedules, and lead training for radiologists, technologists, physicians, and other team members.
Policy Development : Collaborate with administration and supervising physicians to establish and maintain operating policies and procedures.
Budget Management : Develop and justify the annual budget, oversee purchasing activities, and ensure financial accountability.
Data Reporting : Prepare reports, monitor service volume trends, and provide statistical data to senior leadership.
Foster Teamwork : Build a culture of professionalism and collaboration through leadership by example.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree
Current Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License
Current ARRT Registered in both CT and X-Ray
A minimum of five years of progressive management experience in the field of Radiology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate efficient and courteous communications with patients, physicians, management, employees and vendors.
Excellent problem-resolution skills are essential.
Work Schedule is 40 hours per week
