RN – Case Manager Registered Nurse - Health Advocates Network is urgently hiring Case Manager RNs with at least *2 * years of recent experience!

• Travel packages up to $3597 weekly

• Shift: 8 hour DAY

• 13 week contracts available

• IMMEDIATE STARTS!

• Specialty: Case ManagerRegistered Nurse (RN)

Requirements:

• Active MA State Registered Nurse License

• Valid BLS

• CCM certification preferred

• A minimum of 2+ years case management experience working independently in an acute or post-acute setting or a minimum of 1 year experience independently coordinating transitions of care in the healthcare setting with knowledge of community resources

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing

• Additional certifications may be required
