Position Purpose:

Do you have a passion for helping families? We're busy and need your help! We will pair you up with a Case Coordinator to work with families in the community. In this In Home Therapy (IHT) model, the typical hours are between 12p and 8p to meet with children and parents or caregivers after school and in the evenings, but would be customized to fit the needs of the individual families in your case load.

Job Description Details:

Provides behavioral and supportive clinical direction for brief intensive therapeutic services to person served/families in their homes and/or in the community. Serves families in the In-home Therapy, Family Stabilization, Therapeutic Mentoring and Community Support programs. Maintains productivity hours for full-time and is flexible in scheduling to meet the crisis needs of the individual/family; to install a sense of hope and empowerment of change; to increase person served/family members’ skills in identified growth areas; and to increase their awareness of community resources.

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or similar field is required, as well as clinical experience.
