The Assistant Project Manager (APM) will work closely with the Project Manager to plan, execute, and monitor projects by handling required administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Assist in creating project plans and help manage tasks and deliverables.
Communicate with clients and team members to understand project needs and goals.
Schedule meetings, draft invoices, and prepare estimates.
Monitor and report project progress to ensure timelines and budgets are being met.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Degree in construction management or related field.
1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably working as an APM.
Work Environment
5 days per week in office. Monday to Friday, 8-hour first shift.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $115000.00
