Topco Associates Business Analyst - Fuel (Hybrid) in Quincy, Massachusetts

Topco Associates is currently seeking a Business Analyst for the Fuel team in Quincy, MA. This position will be a hybrid role, with the successful candidate conducting work in our Quincy office and virtually.

The Analyst will be responsible for all operational support including but not limited to system setups, invoice error resolution, pricing process efficiency/pricing accuracy, system inventory reconciliation, RIN inventory and outside services.

Invoicing accuracy/error resolution

  • Maintain sales order and invoice processing automation

  • Resolve member invoicing issues/errors

  • Resolve vendor invoicing issues/errors

SAP inventory

  • Manage Monthly Inventory Reconciliation process

  • Validate and enter ethanol month average true ups

  • Validate and enter terminal true ups

  • Maintain inventory movement processing automation

  • Monitor, identify, fix and prevent inventory movement failures

Pricing

  • Maintain system pricing uploads and automation

  • Maintain member transfer price tables

  • Maintain rack pricing tables

  • Maintain ethanol purchase tax tables

  • Maintain rack purchase tax tables

SAP setups

  • Manage vendor setup process

  • Manage member setup process

  • Manage material setup process

  • Manage rack setup process

RINs

  • Manage RIN transactions and inventory in EMTS

Services

  • Serve as TABs data feed administrator

  • Serve as Fuel Admin data feed administrator

  • Serve as OPIS pricing and data feed administrator

  • Serve as Platts pricing and data feed administrator

  • Manage helpdesk issues and prioritize through to resolution

  • All other duties as assigned

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related

Previous Experience:

2-3 years of previous experience in a relevant discipline such as finance, AP/AR, SAP, or fuel.

Other Qualifications:

  • Continuous improvement mindset

  • Project management/problem solving/project development or coordination experience
