RH Exclusive! Our client in the Quincy area is in need of a dynamic Executive Assistant. Working with the CFO and supporting several High Level Managers and Executives. Responsibilities include: Prepares agendas, meeting minutes, reports, manuals, and presentations. Schedules and organizes meetings, travel, and conferences. Analyzes and processes information including company reports and correspondence. Completes major projects by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, soliciting the cooperation of others, monitoring progress, and meeting deadlines. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience supporting high level Executives. The ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word Perfect, Microsoft Project, remote conferencing and file sharing.
