Network Engineer

A large enterprise client located in Quincy, Massachusetts is hiring a senior level Network Engineer to join their team. They are leaders in the global food retail industry that operates supermarkets and online grocery shopping.

In this role, you will oversee the engineering and operations of their data center. You will also help transform their network architecture and associated technologies and hardware. You would be responsible for handling connectivity for on-premises, cloud, and enterprise SaaS applications. This is a 6-month long CT position with the possibility of extension. You are required to be onsite 2 days per week. Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field

• Experience planning, building, and maintaining network architecture

• Strong experience with Cisco ACI

• Strong experience with routing and switching technologies in a Cisco environment

• Experience with wireless infrastructure, such as Aruba, etc.

• Experience with firewalls, such as Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, F5, etc.

• Experience with LAN/WAN/SDN infrastructures

• Familiar with automation using Python and Ansible

• Experience with DNS and DHCP

• Familiar with monitoring tools such as Cisco DNA, Cisco Prime, SolarWinds, Splunk, Panorama, etc.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Holds Network Certifications such as CCIE or CCNP

• Experience working in large scale networks

• Experience working in SAFe environments
