Description

Robert Half's insurance client in looking for a project assistant to support their Commercial Lines Department. This department is evaluating all their policies and needs some extra helping hands to assist with data entry, reaching out to agencies, and communicating information with the team. Light excel experience is required.

Location: Quincy, MA

Duration: 3–6-month contract - depending on how quickly candidates works

Hours: M-F, 8:00 AM - 4:00 - hours are flexible

Pay: 19-21/hr - based on experience

Start Date: ASAP

Requirements - This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent, though a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field is preferred

• Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work

• 1+ years of business/office experience required

  • Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite experience is a plus

• Knowledge of database and file management

• High attention to detail

• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Command of Administrative Office

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
