Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a QA tester - Expert in Quincy, Massachusetts. With a focus on the cybersecurity industry, this role involves quality assurance testing of data pipelines, API integrations, backend services, and user interfaces across our Cyber AI application platform. The position plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity, reliability, and security of the platform that supports our cybersecurity, vulnerability, and risk management needs.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and maintaining automated test scripts for data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and quality from ingestion through to analysis layers

• Conducting in-depth testing of data workflows, ETL/ELT jobs, and API integrations to verify data integrity, transformation accuracy, and adherence to security protocols

• Collaborating with various teams, including Product Owner, Data Engineers, AI Application Engineers, and DevOps teams to comprehend requirements, identify test scenarios, and troubleshoot issues efficiently

• Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, security scanning, and deployment for data and application workflows

• Executing SQL and Python-based tests to validate database operations, backend services, and data consistency

• Leading initiatives to establish testing best practices, promote data accuracy, and enhance system reliability through rigorous, continuous testing

• Creating and implementing test plans that cover end-to-end testing, including data source validation, API testing, data pipeline automation, user interface, backend services, GUI, and web application testing

• Performing web application and GUI testing, ensuring alignment with platform requirements

• Monitoring and reporting on quality metrics, establishing KPIs for testing effectiveness, creating detailed reports on testing outcomes, and participating in defect analysis to improve testing processes. Requirements • Proven expertise in Analytics, with the ability to interpret and utilize data effectively.

• Strong understanding and maintenance of Compliance standards.

• Excellent Research skills, with the ability to investigate and analyze information accurately.

• Quality-focused, ensuring all tasks and processes meet the highest standards.

• Experience in Design, specifically within the context of test cases and procedures.

• Knowledge of Insurance and Medical Coverage, particularly in relation to benefit functions.

• Proficiency in Scanning tools and techniques, for security and troubleshooting purposes.

• Solid understanding of Security protocols and standards.

• Ability to Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.

• Familiarity with Networks, both in setup and maintenance.

• Experience in Automation, specifically in the context of testing and quality assurance.

• Engineering background, particularly in software or systems.

• Proficiency in SQL, for database querying and management.

• Extensive experience in QA - Quality Assurance, with a focus on best practices.

• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies, and ability to work within this framework.

• Proficiency in Python, for scripting and automation purposes.

• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies, and their application in testing environments.

• Ability to Conduct and Execute test plans effectively.

• Strong Collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

• Adherence to Best Practices in all aspects of quality assurance.

• Experience in KPI Reporting, with the ability to track and report on key performance indicators.
