Site Coordinator Springboard Education in America LLC

The Site Coordinator’s responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Supervise teachers and other employees by ensuring program(s) are running to standard

Ensuring administrative functions are current to include state licensing related materials

Ensuring Springboard program(s) are running according to the approved curriculum

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus

Meet with school administration to ensure program(s) are running efficiently

Ensuring state ratios are adhered to and are based on student attendance

Communication with parents and families on a consistent basis

Be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Highly detail oriented and organized in work

Demonstrated leadership experience

Onboard and train new employees

Ability to meet assigned deadlines

Perform other duties as assigned

Professional Experience: Bachelor’s Degree required

Proficiency with e-mail and Microsoft Office applications

Must have verifiable experience teaching school age children in a structured settingPosition Requirements: Required: Must meet and maintain state specific licensing requirements Position Reports to: Program Manager / Area Director Classification: Non -Exempt Updated: 11/15/2016
