We are currently seeking a IFU Project Coordinator.
The IFU Coordinator will be responsible for processing Instructions for Use (IFUs) for Mitek.
Information is provided to the Senior IFU coordinator in a Word document which is then routed for approval in the PLM Document Management System (ADAPTIV), sent out for translation/layout, and then to a supplier for printing. This individual will need to coordinate these tasks both internally and with several external suppliers, including managing spend with translation and graphic design suppliers, and holding suppliers accountable for delivery dates. This individual is required to visually proof IFUs prior to releasing to production print using Docuproof software for revisions, coordination of this task with supply chain and production – both domestic and international – is extremely important. All activities should be performed ensuring compliance with defined procedures – attention to detail a must.
This includes independently leading all revision IFU activities, partnering with project leaders to map out project timelines, monitor tasks to key milestones and escalate to project management when due dates are at risk. Ability to maintain a tracker using Excel to monitor all open new and revision IFU projects to ensure all projects are progressing according to set timelines.
This individual must be comfortable working with minimal supervision while under tight timelines. Excellent organizational and communication skills required as the role interfaces with multiple functions.
• Worked in a regulated med device industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Applications
• 3-5 years professional experience with ability to prioritize work with limited supervision, comfortable working independently
• Experience working in a team environment
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not a requirement
• Experience with ADAPTIV PLM System- Preferred
