Job Summary * Reporting to the Vice President of Restaurant Operations- the Operations Manager oversees and supports all aspects of the restaurant to ensure profitability and an overall enjoyable experience. General Accountabilities * Recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees, maintain agreed upon staffing levels for the projected sales of the restaurant * Communicate job expectations to employees and ensure all training is completed per company guidelines * Hold team members accountable for their behavior and performance, addressing concerns promptly, including semiannual employee reviews * Ensure product quality and consistency by rotating and utilizing code date labels/stickers. This includes the beverage cooler, fresh cooler, and additional inventory in retail space. * Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant * Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations by using proper food handling techniques. * Help prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and guest service standards * Review guest feedback and restaurant assessment results and implement action plans to drive system improvements * Control costs to help maximize profitability * Adhere to security and cash handling procedures * Demonstrate competency in writing effective crew schedules and monitoring labor performance daily * Drive sales goals and track results * Work closely with the VP on day-to- day issues Ideal Qualifications * More than 1-3 years of experience in restaurant management * High School diploma or equivalent * Experience in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing employees * Experience in maintaining staffing levels for projected sales * Experience in ensuring product quality and consistency * Experience in adhering to health and safety regulations * Experience in preparing and completing action plans * Experience in controlling costs to maximize profitability * Experience in adhering to security and cash handling procedures * Competency in writing effective crew schedules and monitoring labor performance * Experience in driving sales goals and tracking results * Must be located in commutable distance to Raynham, Massachusetts \$75,000 - \$90,000 per year/ commensurate with experience
