Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an S4 HANA Implementation Lead to support plant business systems development and deployment for a new manufacturing site in Costa Rica. The role will represent the voice of the customer for implementing systems that meet the business requirements. The role will work with existing functional organizations (such as Engineering, Operations, Plan, Source) to ensure all Business Systems are harmonized and standardized across the organization. Key responsibilities include:
Implementation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive implementation strategy aligned with company goals and industry best practices.
Process Analysis & Optimization: Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign business processes, optimizing them for SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
Subject Matter Expertise: Guide the implementation team through configuration, customization, and integration processes as the subject matter expert.
Data Migration: Oversee data migration activities, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data transfer to the new system.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact between manufacturing teams and the implementation team. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on new processes and system functionalities.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead testing efforts to ensure processes function correctly.
Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition to the new system. Address and resolve any issues, change impacts, or concerns that arise during the implementation process.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor post-implementation performance to ensure processes are functioning as expected and delivering anticipated benefits. Propose and implement additional process improvements as needed.
Pay for this role ranges from 64/HR to 93/HR depending on skillset, experience and education.

Skills and Requirements
- 6+ years experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementations or similar ERP systems in a regulated environment, preferably med device
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules relevant to manufacturing (e.g., PP, MM, PM)
- Quality management module and business processes experience
- Master data and data migration experience
- Experience supporting a project where multiple sites in an organization are moving into a new SA system
- Experience with business processes in a manufacturing environment null
