Currently Seeking an Administrative Assistant for a full time, permanent opportunity with a large food broker in Raynham, MA.


Act as liaison between Sales Team, Manufacturers and Staff

Manages daily administrative operations of Sales Department

Navigates through web portals to input Ad placements

Cross train with Administrative Assistants as well as provides coverage for employees out of office.

Provides sales support to President and VP

Utilizes sales analysis skills to inform the Sales Team of sales progress, gross margins, gross profit, etc.

Establishes and maintains effective rapports with all customers such as manufacturers, regional managers and buyers

Monitoring Manufacturer's sales activity weekly & monthly

Provides sales support to President, VP and Senior Admin including creating & interpreting deal sheets

Provides high levels of Customer Satisfactions to ensure company profitability

Resolve product, service and transportation problems as it relates to the food broker environment

Assists in coordinating events and special projects

Attends to clerical needs of Sales Staff


Minimum 2-3 years administrative experience

Outstanding Customer Service Skills

Strong computer proficiency including superior Excel skills

Highly organized, able to multi-task with attention to detail

Ability to handle situational difficulties with great ease

Strong interpersonal skills

Assist in fostering a cooperative and productive work environment

Possesses initiative

Salary for the Administrative Assistant is up to $43k

DAYS/HOURS: Monday - Friday / 8:30am-5:00pm
