STAFF ACCOUNTANT Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting and understanding of managerial accounting and general knowledge of ERP accounting systems Enter, post reconcile batches of A/R invoices Maintain a cash receipting journal and updating and reconciling sub-legers to General Ledger Maintain customer files, communicate with customers and resolve customer A/R issues Support management through reporting and special projects when requested Excellent communication skills Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook Report directly to the CFO Perform month end closings Distribution Management Accounting Software Excellent benefits include: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off \$50k/year + depending on experience.
