Trane Technologies Client Implementation Trainer in Remote, Massachusetts

As a member of Nuvolo’s Professional Services team, the Client Implementation Trainer role is responsible for preparing for and facilitating training sessions both virtually and in-person in support of the Nuvolo application implementation projects. The Trainer will be required to travel a moderate amount to our offices as well as partner offices, client locations and partner client locations as requested.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills to enable partners and clients on the Nuvolo products.

  • Develop training content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with consistent voice across all documentation.

  • Conduct training sessions, ranging from short conference calls to multi-day sessions, with various stakeholders (i.e. partners, application administrators, end users, technicians, etc.).

  • Monitor audience comprehension and acceptance to ensure a successful knowledge transfer.

  • Collaborate with internal and partner stakeholders to support effective training and documentation strategies.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of partner and client training programs and implement recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of consistently high-performance in a training role preferably within a SaaS, or cloud-based product company.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and facilitation skills with demonstrable expertise articulating technical concepts to technical and business users of the Nuvolo application.

  • Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Instructional Design or related field preferred

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

  • General understanding of asset maintenance and property management (bonus)

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $125,000 base salary plus bonus . Proposed salary for the selected candidate will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market requirements, experience, training, and education.
