About the Role:

As our Director of Growth Marketing, you'll be a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll wear many hats, from user research and competitor analysis to crafting and executing data-driven marketing campaigns across all channels. Your ultimate goal? To attract new users, understand their needs, and convert them into loyal Wanderu customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Uncover Growth Opportunities: You'll be a master at user research, conducting market analysis and competitor research to identify untapped user segments and understand their pain points.

  • Develop Winning Strategies: Based on your research, you'll create data-driven marketing plans that target the right audience with the right message at the right time.

  • Channel Execution Pro: You'll oversee all marketing channels, including online paid search, performance marketing, brand awareness, offline marketing, and re-engagement campaigns.

  • Be a Data Wizard: You're comfortable with a variety of quantitative and qualitative tools for measuring campaign effectiveness, attribution, and audience segmentation. You'll establish clear reporting processes to ensure reliable insights.

  • Embrace Experimentation: You believe in a test-and-learn culture and use various methodologies to optimize channel fit, messaging, conversion rates, and ultimately, revenue growth.

  • Leadership: You'll inspire a team of marketing professionals, setting clear goals, establishing project budgets, and mentoring team members.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You'll work closely with the user experience team to design seamless user journeys that convert users into customers.

  • Communication Champion: You excel at communicating your ideas and strategies, fostering a culture of open communication within the marketing team and advocating for resources to achieve your goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience leading large-scale marketing campaigns for a high-volume consumer product.

  • Proven track record of success across various marketing channels (paid search, performance marketing, brand awareness, offline, and re-engagement).

  • Strong understanding of market research methods, including direct consumer response and competitor analysis.

  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms for campaign measurement, audience segmentation, and attribution.

  • A "data-driven" mindset and experience using data to inform campaign decisions.

  • Passion for experimentation and a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Experience setting goals, managing projects, and budgets.

  • Leadership experience, including managing or mentoring other marketing professionals.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the travel industry.

  • Experience with product management or product marketing.
