Job Title: Building Envelope Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Building Envelope Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in exterior building envelope renovations, analysis, design, and construction. This role requires strong technical expertise in building envelope systems, excellent writing and presentation skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and the MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct exterior building envelope renovations, analysis, design, and construction.

• Perform moisture intrusion evaluations and develop renovation designs.

• Utilize AutoCAD for drafting and design purposes.

• Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations on project findings.

• Collaborate with a team of engineers, architects, and building enclosure specialists.

• Provide technical support and consulting services to both private and public sector clients.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

• 3-7 years of experience in building envelope renovation and design.

• Strong technical experience in building envelope systems.

• Excellent writing and presentation skills.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

• Pursuing or holds an Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
