Job Title: Structural Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a proficient Structural Engineer with expertise in AutoCAD and 3-7 years of experience in exterior building envelope renovations, analysis, design, and construction. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in moisture intrusion evaluations, renovation designs, and possess excellent writing and presentation skills along with proficient computer skills in MS Office, CAD, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for exterior building envelope renovations.

• Conduct evaluations of moisture intrusion and develop renovation designs.

• Collaborate with the Building Enclosure team to provide technical expertise in building envelope projects.

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

• Utilize AutoCAD and other design software to create and modify project plans.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all project activities.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

• 3-7 years of experience in exterior building envelope renovations, analysis, design, and construction.

• Technical experience in building envelope.

• Excellent writing and presentation skills.

• Proficient computer skills in MS Office, CAD, and Outlook.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

• Pursuing or holds EIT certification.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $57.50
