Job Title: Structural Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a proficient Structural Engineer with expertise in AutoCAD and 3-7 years of experience in exterior building envelope renovations, analysis, design, and construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in moisture intrusion evaluations, renovation designs, and possess excellent writing and presentation skills along with proficient computer skills in MS Office, CAD, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for exterior building envelope renovations.

• Conduct evaluations of moisture intrusion and develop renovation designs.

• Collaborate with the Building Enclosure team to provide technical expertise in building envelope projects.

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

• Utilize AutoCAD and other design software to create and modify project plans.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all project activities.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

• 3-7 years of experience in exterior building envelope renovations, analysis, design, and construction.

• Technical experience in building envelope.

• Excellent writing and presentation skills.

• Proficient computer skills in MS Office, CAD, and Outlook.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

• Pursuing or holds EIT certification.
