Cybersecurity IAM/SOX Audit Sr. Analyst (SRO)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead compliance/audit program and provide guidance to IAM team and our business partners

  • Contribute directly to the development of strategy, policy, standards, controls, and procedures

  • Oversee audit responses for completeness and accuracy

  • Mentor junior colleagues to build/extend compliance SME knowledge within team

  • Identify opportunities to reduce/streamline controls and processes without impacting compliance

  • Develop compliance assessment strategy

  • Lead team on compliance assessments

  • Partner with senior management within Cybersecurity and other organizations within Dell

  • Collaborate with business partners to assess IAM related risks and remediation requirements

  • Translate Cybersecurity and business partner requirements into updates to system, process, and/or standards/controls

  • Understand, identify, and drive updates required due to regulatory requirement changes

  • Proactively identify complex problems and implement solutions for those problems

  • Report and deliver information on identified risks and impact

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

  • 12+ years compliance and operational audit experience including SOX and PCI

  • NIST Control framework knowledge

  • Excellent written, spoken, and presentation skills

  • Able to lead small teams

  • Attention to detail

  • Process engineer

  • Ability to develop complex security standards and procedures applicable to a complex, global technical environments and organizations

  • Excellent influencing skills

  • Advanced understanding Cybersecurity key concepts with deep expertise in Identity and Access Management concepts

  • Collaborative work style

Desirable Requirements

  • Cloud compliance experience

  • Industry-standard audit or cybersecurity certification from ISC(2), SANS, or similar entity
