This role is focused on interacting with the most respected names in the real estate finance industry to identify and capture opportunities that match corporate goals with client interests in an efficient way.

This role is involved in daily discussions with companies that cover a broad spectrum of commercial and residential market participants including domestic and international banks, private equity investors, pension funds, secondary market guarantors, non-bank mortgage originators and servicers, among others.

The primary duty of this role must be making sales or obtaining orders or contracts for services or for the use of facilities for which consideration will be paid by the client or customer. This role will be customarily and regularly engaged away from the employer’s place or places of business.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new and existing relationships

  • Develop and maintain a deep and thorough understanding of SitusAMC’s unique set of competencies and offerings

  • Maintain consistent Client contact building relationships with Client senior level decision makers to ensure SitusAMC is performing in alignment with Client expectations and delivering agreed upon requested solutions

  • Evaluate client needs and cross selling opportunities in conjunction with SitusAMC’s suite of offerings

  • Bring client feedback to internal teams to assist in improving execution, offerings, or pricing to reflective of client needs and competitive offerings

  • Manage the life cycle of the onboarding of a client, from identification to the legal document process execution.

  • Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Minimum of 15+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in a Director level role or external equivalent

  • Experience in mortgage banking, operations, capital markets, or B-to-B sales/ business development within the real estate market is preferred

  • Sales experience a plus

  • Ability to collaborate and interact with all levels of internal stakeholders across sales, product development and operational teams.

  • Must have a “can do” positive attitude and be able to work in a team environment.

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$52,000.00 - $150,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
