Robert Half Customer Service & Office Coordinator in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts

Description

We are seeking a diligent Customer Service & Office Coordinator in the greater Shrewsbury, MA area. This role is integral to our client's team, as you will be the primary liaison between our North American customers, sales managers, and sales rep agencies, as well as our Italian headquarters. Your role revolves around understanding and responding to customer inquiries, creating tailored quotations, verifying technical specifications and order details, and maintaining customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Establish yourself as the key interface between our North American customers and our headquarters in Italy.

• Manage customer accounts and provide technical support.

• Generate customer quotations, verifying specifications and technical details.

• Verify the accuracy of order details and specifications, and enter the data into our ERP system.

• Enter incoming sales orders into our ERP system.

• Review customer orders and specification documents for missing details.

• Provide basic technical support to customers.

• Communicate invoices and product tracking details to customers.

• Facilitate customer return requests.

• Calculate and communicate shipping costs to customer upon request.

• Assist with providing customer sales quotes

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Benefits Administrator

• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now is required

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are necessary

• Experience in a B2B environment is expected

• Must have previous B2B sales experience

• Familiarity with Business-to-business (B2B) operations is required

• Must have a proven track record in achieving customer success

• Prior experience in customer support is essential

• Ability to resolve customer service issues effectively

• Must be able to obtain quotes for various services

• Experience in preparing and providing sales quotes is necessary

• Previous experience in dealing with customer quotes is beneficial

• Skills in complaint resolution and conflict resolution are necessary

• Experience in dispute resolution is a plus.
