We have a strong career growth opportunity available in this challenging Payroll Administrator position with an industry leader. A Payroll Administrator position has opened up with a client of Robert Half. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team in Payroll and get exposure to implementations as well as medical and union experience. Payroll Coordinator will be processing 300+ employees weekly while also working with different departments on payroll reports, change forms, special check request, employee verification and document procedures. Prior experience within Healthcare is a plus but not required.

Requirements - Successful track record in various withholdings, processing liens, and garnishments

• 3+ years of payroll experience

• Proficiency in Garnishments

• Payroll experience desired

• Proven knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping System

• Foundational knowledge in Time Cards

• Kronos experience highly desired

• Command of union payroll

  • CPP or FPC prescribed

  • Experience in working with HRIS system and high proficiency with spreadsheets
