Job title: Site Leader – Shrewsbury, MA Hardware Manufacturing

Position Summary:The Site Leader for Hardware Manufacturing (assembly/integration) will be responsible for overseeing the entire operations at the Shrewsbury site in Massachusetts. This role requires a seasoned leader with a strong track record in operational excellence, strategic planning, and team development. The Site Leader will drive manufacturing efficiency, quality, and delivery of hardware and instrument products while fostering a culture of innovation, safety, and continuous improvement.

This position reports to the VP Global Operations for the Upstream & Fluid Management Business Unit and is part of the Operations team located in Shrewsbury, MA and will be an on-site role. Up to 10% travel as required.

What you will do:

• Strategic Leadership: Ensure the site meets or exceeds performance metrics, including production output, quality, safety, and financial targets.

• Operational Management: Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, improve customer experience and reduce costs.

• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers, engineers, and manufacturing staff.

• Quality Assurance & Compliance: Maintain rigorous quality standards to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Quality, engineering, supply chain, and other departments to support new product introductions (NPI) and process improvements.

• Financial Oversight: Manage the site’s operating budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations or Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• 10+ years of experience in Operational leadership, preferably in hardware or instruments production.

• 5+ years of leadership experience, ideally within a matrix environment

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
