Join a leading healthcare organization known for excellence in patient care and innovative medical practices. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to become an integral part of our finance team.

Job Overview:

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and processing accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. After a comprehensive training period of approximately 3 weeks, you will transition to a fully remote work environment.

salary: $23.5 - $24 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Associate

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders

• Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and service providers

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

• Maintain organized and accurate records of financial transactions

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or related finance role

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

Training and Work Environment:

• Initial training will be conducted in Boston, MA for approximately 3 weeks

• Remote work arrangement available upon successful completion of training

• Comprehensive support and resources provided to ensure a smooth transition to remote work
