Responsible for overall management of the kitchen, organizing and directing cooking work to ensure product quality meets standards. Develop procedures and job responsibility systems to secure everyday kitchen work. Based on the usage of raw materials in the kitchen and the inventory quantity, formulate ordering plans and control the quality of raw material purchases. Ensure the rational use of raw materials, control the plating, specifications, and quantity of dishes, control quality, reduce losses, and reduce costs. Introduce seasonal dishes, increase varieties, and promote sales.
