To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model, and take an active part in our growth, Mirakl is looking for a Senior People Operations Specialist to join our growing People Team.
Mirakl’s People Operations Team is dedicated to streamlining people processes and providing top-notch support to our team’s from their first day and beyond. The People Operations Team plays a key role in the organizations ability to scale quickly and effectively all while keeping our teams happy.
What you will do at Mirakl:
Develop and manage core people processes - employee onboarding/offboarding, immigration, leave requests, etc.
Management key elements of the HRIS implementation project
Maintain accurate records in the HRIS, payroll & benefits systems, and other third-party systems
Support the People Partner team by managing day-to-day operational tasks and workflows
Conduct audits, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements
Lead compensation changes, position changes, and relevant documentation
Assist with policy revisions, and other people team projects as assigned
Total Rewards: Ensuring that our compensation and benefits packages support our efforts to attract and retain top talent. More specifically, the Senior People Operations Specialist will support:
Compensation operations, including adjusting compensation details and operating regular compensation processes
Benefits administration, including responding to questions and requests from Mirakl team members
Benefits plan design and benefits broker relationship management
4+ years of People Ops experience or generalist experience in an HR function
Proficiency in Oracle and Greenhouse or similar systems
Creative mindset blended with a detail-oriented personality
A proven knack for automating processes to save time and improve efficiency
