DeAngelis Iron Work Industrial Maintenance Supervisor in South Easton, Massachusetts
Responsibilities: Oversee and lead the maintenance team in conducting repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of machinery and equipment.Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and address them promptly.Scheduling of preventative maintenance/repairs on vehicles/lifts/tools/hoists/facilities.Demonstrate expertise in using tools to diagnose electrical problems accurately.Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or services when necessary.Provide guidance and mentorship to maintenance staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.Collaborate with other departments to support project management initiatives related to facility maintenance. Requirements:Proven experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a plant management or misc. metals setting. Ability to fabricate or repair metal structures is a plus. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team effectively.Knowledge of electrical systems.Experience with project management principles is advantageous.Hardworking, dependable, safety conscious.Must have a clean driving record with no prior DUI?s and be able to pass pre-employment drug testing and physical.
